OUR BRAND NEW PRE-SCHOOL FACILITY IS NOW OPEN !

We work in partnership with Perth and Kinross Council to offer funded placements for children aged 3-5 years. The children can access a funded place in the term after their third birthday.

3-5 Years

Our 3-5 years playroom offers a fun and stimulating environment where active learning is encouraged and supported.

The children have access to a variety of experiences and opportunities through free flow and adult led activities, which nurtures and supports their creativity and curiosity. All experiences and opportunities take into account the Curriculm for Excellence.

My World Outdoors

The children have free flow access to our safe and secure outdoor area where we encourage them to take full advantage of the enviroment around them when taking part in learning experiences and opportunities.

Regular outings encourage further experiences outdoors and allow the children the opportunity to explore and learn about the local community.

Curriculum for Excellence

A curriculum framework for children aged 3-5 years is set out by the Scottish Executive and is used by staff to set out learning outcomes for activities which are planned yearly, monthly and weekly. The staff and children are starting to work towards a curriculum for excellence a new framework for 3-18 years.
