Our 0-2 years playroom is warm, loving and nurturing, offering a safe and stimulating environment.​

Staff are responsive to the individual needs of the children and provide close and relaxed care that reflects home life.

The children have access to free flow and adult led experiences and opportunities that promote their natural development and curiosity.

My World Outdoors

The children have access to our secure garden area daily.

We promote and encourage the children to take part in play experiences outdoors in the natural environment using nature as a resource .

We also go out on outings within our local community and can often be found exploring the local woodland.

Rest areas

The 0-2 years playroom provides various cosy and comforting areas for children to rest and relax. ​

A seperate sleep room allows children to feel secure and comforted whilst enjoying longer rest periods.

Pre-Birth to Three Framework

The Baby Room implements the Pre-Birth to Three Framework.

This framework is based on the fundamental principle of ensuring positive outcomes for every child and their families.

The framework ensures that chidren's rights and needs are met and is underpinned by Girfec (Getting it right for every child) and the SHANARRI indicators (Safe, Heatlhy, Active, Nurtured, Achieving, Respected, Responsible and Included)
